South Indian hot actress Kajal Agarwal has clarified that she is not going to pay back the advance amount taken from actor cum producer Udhayanidhi Stalin for his forthcoming movie Nanbenda. She said she has given 40 days from January 2014 for the movie but just 20 days before the shooting she was informed that she was replaced with Nayanathara and she feels that her dates were wasted by the producer and didn’t commit those dates to another movie after accepting the film, before signing the movie it is clearly mentioned that the advance amount is not refundable. Kajal is now approaching Nadigar Sangam. It is known fact that Stalin has already filed complient against Kajal before the producer council in this regard.
